We are very proud of our training environment here in Number 19. Our learners study NVQs in Food Preparation and Cooking, and in Food and Drink Service and Supervision, from Level 1 up to Level 3.
The highly trained and dedicated staff work with our learners to help them raise their confidence and aspirations whilst developing their technical ability and interpersonal and customer service skills.
During their time here, our learners are provided with a wide range of opportunities that reflect the hospitality industry as it is today and are consequently able to offer our customers a variety of quality dining experiences. These range from fine dining evenings on Fridays to themed events on Wednesday evenings.
Lunchtimes reflect the contemporary brasserie style menu and include lighter options, which can be served quickly for those with limited time. Buffets, barbecues and a carvery are also regular lunchtime features throughout the year.

- Tuesday to Thursday - 9.00am - 3.00pm
- Friday - 9.00am - 2.00pm
Evening Opening Times
- Wednesday and Friday - 6.15pm - 7.30pm
- Customers to arrive between these times
